  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 for orders under £50. Free for orders over £50.
  • Express Shipping: £9.99 flat rate.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Areas:

  • We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

2. Return Policy

At Games Paradise, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return process:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Certain items, including gift cards, downloadable software, and consumable items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Repack the item in its original packaging. Include the return form provided by our customer service team.
  3. Ship the Return: Use the return address provided by our customer service team to send your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
